NEX-FAVH wet filter

Description

NEX-FAVH dust collectors form a range of wet dust collectors capable of handling flows from 900 to 21,000 m3/h, suitable for mineral, abrasive and corrosive particles, even if they are explosive in nature.

The NEX-FAVH wet filter is designed to block pollutants from a loaded air stream using water as the main component, provided that the dust and pollutants are miscible.

This filtration principle, coupled with the cyclonic effect of our wet filter, forces the charged air into contact with the wash water, extracting clean air from the top of the cyclone.

The filter is equipped with an automatic water level maintenance system.

This process effectively treats:

• Dusts presenting a risk of explosion or ignition.
• Clogging and greasy dust.
• Wet dust.

The compact NEX-FAVHC version is the easy-to-install, easy-to-use variant of our wet-pipe filter.

It is designed to handle hygroscopic dusts at high temperatures, and meets the needs of difficult processes and applications in industries such as food manufacturing;

Customisable, despite its small size, it comes in a range of options and sizes to handle flows from 1,000 m3/h to 50,000 m3/h.
